This enjoyable Variations which includes a folk tune of AINU but composed in the Chaconne and Fugue style has been well known among Euphonium players.Now, it is newly engraved and its Piano part is effectively revised.
This piece is often selected as required pieces for contests.
In the past, it was picked up as the required piece for the Falcone contest as well as for the Japan Wind and Percussion Competition in 2004.
